ORDER INQUIRIES
If you have a question about your order at any time, feel free to email orders@positivitees.net. We will do our best to respond to you within 24-48 hours.

RETURNS
You are responsible for all returns and shipping charges. Only product cost will be refunded – not shipping costs. All returns must be shipped registered and insured mail with signature required. Merchandise must be received in our warehouse within 14 days of receipt, unworn/unused with all the original packaging (including tags). If the tags have been removed we CANNOT accept a return on the item purchased. You must contact us by email within 48 hours of receipt of your item(s) to receive a return authorization. We appreciate your understanding.

RETURNING DAMAGED ITEMS
All items are checked before shipping to ensure quality. If you receive a damaged item you must contact us via email (returns@positivitees.net) within 48 hours of receipt of your item(s) to verify the damage and receive a return authorization number. Damaged goods will be replaced and shipped upon approval within our fulfillment center. Any merchandise returned without prior authorization will not be accepted in our warehouse and returned to sender. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
To cancel an order you have placed with PositiviTees, you must contact customer support by email (cancel@positivitees.net). Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped.

When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, the order number, and your contact information. PLEASE NOTE that if the item has shipped, the order CANNOT be canceled. In this case, you can request to return the item for a refund (minus shipping costs).

REFUNDS
There will be no refunds for any reason. All merchandise sold by PostiviTees is sold asis without any guarantee. By making a purchase with PositiviTees, you are confirming that you have read and understand our no refunds policy.

EXCHANGES
If you would like to Exchange your item for a new size or a different shirt style that is equal in price and is not a sale item we can certainly accommodate you. If it’s been 14 days or less since your order was placed, and you haven’t worn or used the item just email us at orders@positivitees.net and let us know what you purchased and what you would like to exchange it for. We’ll have you mail your original item back to us at the address below. Once we receive your item we will get your new item in the mail as soon as possible.

OUT-OF-STOCK Items
Our inventory can fluctuate throughout the day, so an item indicated as “in-stock” when you place your order may, in fact, be out-of-stock. In this event, we make every effort to contact you by email immediately to notify you that your order will be placed on backorder. The email will also provide you with information on how to cancel the order if you would prefer not to wait for the item to be in stock again. Most out-of-stock items are in stock again within two (2) weeks.

SALE ITEMS
Discounted (i.e., “sale” items) are final sales and No Refunds or Exchanges will be accepted.

QUALITY

We strive for quality at PositiviTees and we want to know if you’re not completely satisfied now or in the future. Please let us know and we’ll see what we can do.
