SHIPPING AND HANDLING
US ORDERS
All orders within the Continental United State are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) by First Class or Priority. PositiviTees is dedicated to finding the most affordable options to ship our items to our customers. We will ship your order the following business day of your purchase. Most orders will arrive within 3-5 business days.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All international orders will be subject to additional shipping charges to cover customs and handling fees within your country. To save you the most money we will ship your products via USPS (United States Postal Service). Most orders will take up to 18-20 days or more to arrive but we know you’ll appreciate the savings waiting for your product a few extra days. PLEASE NOTE: All Shipment rates are based on weight and calculated directly with the United States Postal Services Data Management System. We do not mark up the shipping rates. Our customers shouldn’t have to pay any more than what the USPS standardizes. Packages will ship as Priority once your order reaches a particular weight scale set by the USPS.

PositiviTees, LLC is not responsible for any shipping delays caused by the shipping company or customs.

BACK ORDERS
If your item is not in stock, we will back order the item for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order with a full refund if you would rather not wait.

TAX CHARGES
For orders made from within the United States sales tax will ONLY be applied to orders purchased within the state of Iowa. Our business is owned and operated from Iowa. All other orders are tax free.

EXCHANGES
If you would like to Exchange your item for a new size or a different shirt style that is equal in price and is not a sale item we can certainly accommodate you. If it’s been 14 days or less since your order was placed, and you HAVE NOT WORN OR USED THE ITEM just email us at orders@positivitees.net and let us know what you purchased and what you would like to exchange it for. We’ll have you mail your original item back to us at the address below. Once we receive your item we will get your new item in the mail as soon as possible.

RETURNS
You are responsible for all returns and shipping charges. Only product cost will be refunded – not shipping costs. All returns must be shipped registered and insured mail with signature required. Merchandise must be received in our warehouse within 14 days of receipt, unworn/unused with all the original packaging (including tags). If the tags have been removed we CANNOT accept a return on the item purchased. You must contact us by email within 48 hours of receipt of your item(s) to receive a return authorization. We appreciate your understanding.

RETURNING DAMAGED ITEMS

All items are checked before shipping to ensure quality. If you receive a damaged item you must contact us via email (returns@positivitees.net) within 48 hours of receipt of your item(s) to verify the damage and receive a return authorization number. Damaged goods will be replaced and shipped upon approval within our fulfillment center. Any merchandise returned without prior authorization will not be accepted in our warehouse and returned to sender. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

SALE ITEMS
Discounted (i.e., “sale” items) are final sales and No Refunds or Exchanges will be accepted.
